Gdańsk for dessert
It can be every tour with some coffee break with some typical Polish sweets and patisserie. You can try all of them at once, but it might be a bit too much, so it’s best to choose:
- pączek – Polish donuts with different fillings
- jagodzianka – a type of yeast dough with blueberry filling, seasonal on summer time (blueberry bun)
- drożdżówka z makiem – a type of yeast dough bun with poppy seeds
- lody – ice- cream with different flavors
- gofry – waffle with seasonal fruit or sugar powder, and cream
- naleśniki na słodko – crepes with sweet fillings
- pierogi na słodko – sweet dumplings with summer fruits
- piernik – ginger cake
- czekolada do picia – hot chocolate
